  CAPTAIN NANTES

  Nantes is a captain born and raised in South Africa. He has traveled the world and captained yachts in Europe and Asia and loves to experience life to the fullest. He is charismatic, and fun and enjoys nurturing meaningful connections with his guests. When he is not out exploring the seven seas he runs his own festival and events company in South Africa. He aims to provide the highest quality charter experience leaving you wanting more. You can expect a warm, inclusive atmosphere where you can sit back, relax, and enjoy the unmatched beauty that the Bahamas has to offer.

  CHEF LIAM

  As a child Liam used to help his family in the kitchen while they cooked, which from a young age, they noticed that he had quite the talent for. Once Liam had finished school, he enrolled in Prue Leith Culinary Institute where he was trained by the best chefs in South Africa.
  Upon graduation he traveled South Africa looking for ways to test his skills. He competed in the South African Junior Chef of the Year competition at 23, and won, and was Sous Chef of a 600-seat upscale restaurant by 24.
  Throughout his career he has worked as a Chef lecturer training Superyacht chefs, as well as worked as a private chef during his free time. He strives for perfection in the smallest detail regardless of the scale of the task.

  Memories Made Together

  The mother of all vacations! Thank you for this amazing week. We are very happy meeting you. You made this vacation very fun! I for sure did not get bored because you all had amazing activities. I'll miss you but you guys will always be in my mind, with the memories we made together.

  Impreccable

  Where do I even begin to describe this trip? The boat was impeccable, the weather was fantastic, and the water of the Exumas never let up on stunning us throughout every minute of every day. We have dreamed for years of sharing this magical place with our friends and thank you again for providing us the perfect vessel for it.
  
  The crew. Oh how I could go on for days on how perfect they are. Standing on the dock at the end of the trip, I heard Justin tell Captain “We would follow you two anywhere” and it absolutely warmed my heart. That was the feeling and sentiment all 8 of us shared at the end of our trip. I speak for all of us when I say that we feel like we were specially blessed with those two for this past week.
  
  Chef has a warmth that is so infectious, and patience knows no bounds. And the food … again I could go on for days. I have no idea how these amazing meals that were crafted with such delicacy and incredible flavors came out of that small kitchen every day.

  A+

  The crew were A+. The boat was very nice lots of places to lay around. the big open front in the bow was great for the 4 teenagers to hang out together to play music or sunbathe they also enjoyed the fly bridge area there was a smaller balcony to lay on.
  
  Our itinerary was very accommodating, Captian knew his territory very well and was able to point us to the great snorkeling or hikes or restaurants, which we did venture to a couple of times.
  
  We all had a great, great time.

  Wonderful Week

  Thank you for such a wonderful week on Harmony. We are a challenging group to please, given our culinary and dietary demands, our previous boating experiences, and our familiarity with the Bahamas, but you absolutely exceeded our expectations. Your level of service and constant drive to "wow" us with another magical site or an original, delicious meal has made this such a memorable holiday. It is not surprising that the baby pigs, reef sharks and Hawksbill turtles will remain ingrained in our Exumas experience and memories, but its the sheer overall beauty of the many spots, and the colors of the sea and beaches that will be truly and permanently painted in our minds...Wading thru the shallow water at Boot Cay beach, the broken pieces of conch along the little sand banks, the dolphins rolling over all around us on our journey up to Highbourne Cay, and so so much more. The atmosphere on the boat is made so pleasant by the smoothness with which you collaborate, and finally, the food: Chef - you have an extraordinary talent in the kitchen. We were all in awe of seeing you labor away for hours, preparing our meals...and the effort paid off every time. The mango-pepper curry sauce the first night set off a week of culinary delights. As I said, we are not easy to please when it comes to eating, but we loved all your dishes.
  Thank you both and hope to see you next year.

  Trip of a Lifetime

  The Foti’s had the trip of a lifetime! The Exumas are absolutely stunning - from the beaches to the sharks, to the iguanas, we all had a great time. But really, it’s you guys that made it special and unforgettable. You took care of us better than we thought possible, and set a bar that will be hard to replicate. We will never forget you - but also will look for the possibility of a reunion!

  Amazing

  We don't know where to begin! We have to start with crew who set the stage for amazing trip. From their hospitality, to local knowledge and skill, to the amazing food , we could not have asked for anything more. Our stops at the sea "aquarium", the conch fishing/hunting, the turtles at Shroud Cay, the sand bars, and visiting the many little hidden spots made this an unforgettable trip.

  Your fun personalities and attentiveness made our trip amazingly fun! Chef, your cooking is amazing and definitely a highlight of our trip. We appreciate your work ethic and all the love you put into making sure our experience was memorable! Captain, your flexibility and patience with us made us feel heard and at ease! Thank you for being fun and introducing us to new things like spear fishing! Both of you did an amazing job at making sure we experienced the best of the Bahamas and Caleb assisting Paul with finding the perfect spot to re propose was the most beautiful backdrop I never could have envisioned without your help!   Expectations Were Exceeded!

  This was our 2nd time chartering a catamaran. We had an amazing first time so our expectations were already high. The surprising part of this trip was that you exceeded those expectations in every way. The level of service and professionalism you provided on this trip was incredible! You made us feel comfortable and made sure we were cared for at all times. Each one of the guests we invited kept making comments about how much they were enjoying themselves. The quality of food both in taste and presentation was amazing!
