  catering to your desire for high-octane thrills or serene relaxation.

  CHEF ELENA

  With a spirit that awakens in the open, Elena’s love for nature extends far beyond the land. After traveling to over forty countries, her journey led her
  from the majestic peaks of Switzerland to the vibrant coral reefs of the Indo-Pacific. This worldly perspective translates to her culinary artistry as well.
  Growing up in an international household, her dishes are a symphony of flavors, infused with French influences and the exotic spices gleaned from her
  travels. Elena caters to individual dietary needs, crafting heart-warming dishes from the simplest ingredients, always using eco-friendly practices.

  Best Vacation Ever

  We have said countless times this week that this has been our best vacation ever! While it would be easy to attribute this to great weather, a new boat, countless water toys, and a fantastic mattress, the absolutely biggest factor driving our view has been by far, the hospitality of the crew. The captain has been all-in in helping us achieve our efoil dreams with professional instruction and enthusiastic encouragement, while exposing us to a whole set of other water activities. The chef's AMAZING creativity in the preparation of every meal has kept us in awe the entire trip. Her passion for creating memorable dining events in clear and shee truely delivers Michelin-star quality at every meal - incredible! Our exeperience on FY exceed all expectations. We will be reliving all the great memories and laughs for the rest of our lives, with our exciting excursion to Josiah's Beach likely being at the top of the list! The whole trip was one for the books! We hope it won't be our last on FY!

  Expectations Exceeded

  (review is from crew's previous yacht) We were looking for the most epic experience we could find that would parlay sun, sand, surf, fellowship, stars, wind and moonshine – to include the tropical islands and we came across your crew to satisfy our needs. We had high expectations and were somewhat concerned about that fact. It took little time to realize that our expectations were going to be exponentially exceeded at every turn. We love your passion for sailing, exploring, showing us your ocean; chef your creations of tasteful food had us loving you from the outset.
  Integrate your sweet demeanor, love for your ocean, sea creatures and a certain captain, you have us all revitalized on compassion. We love to see people doing what they love and loving what they do, you two are the definition of that and we love you for it. We would and will recommend you to anyone, but most importantly – we hope to share these experiences with you again in the near future again!”
