  CAPTAIN TIM

  Growing up in the Chesapeake Bay area, Tim has been privileged to spend most of his time on a variety of boats, both motor and sailing. Tim is a fan of traveling and exploring the world around him in search of local adventures. Tim’s appetite for adventure and people has brought him to the Virgin Islands. His experience on racing yachts, enhanced his passion for crewing and sailing and encouraged him to pursue advanced certifications to expand his capabilities. In addition to sailing, Tim has other interests including snowboarding and restoring old houses. He is also known for taking home awards from BBQ competitions! He lives by the motto “It’s all about the experience” and looks forward to sharing and guiding guests to experience the beauty and adventure of the islands. His calm demeanour, attention to safety, and dedication to his guests’ time in the islands will ensure the best experience for everyone onboard.

  CHEF ZARA

  Zara was born in Dublin, Ireland and moved to Long Island at a young age where she found her love of the water. She spent her weekends sailing with her Dad and exploring the North Fork of Long Island. When she wasn’t enjoying the outdoors she spent her down time at her family’s restaurant in Hoboken, NJ where her love of fresh quality food began.
  Her professional background has always been in the restaurant industry and hospitality. She has over 15 years of bartending experience and another 5 years in luxury concierge services working closely with high profile NYC restaurants, planning extravagant events, and running private spas and gyms.
  When Zara felt she wanted a change of pace she decided what better way to bring her love of hospitality and the water together than joining the yachting industry. She has been lucky enough to work under multiple yacht chefs where she has been able to add a new layer of knowledge to her personal culinary experience.
  Zara has always had a passion for bringing a memorable experience to her guests and looks forward to helping form unforgettable memories through food, cocktails, and the ambiance of the islands.

  Memories To Cherish With Our Children

  Our family had the most amazing trip this week! Thank you for being the best hosts, Captain and Chef! We cannot think of a more perfect way to celebrate the New Years! From the E-foil, sea bobs, bananagrams, Uno, code names, and watching football…Thank you for providing entertainment at all times. Each day provided a new adventure that we loved! Thank you, for your kindness and patience with all of us. The feasts were all amazing and you won us over with each meal, even our picky boys! This week will be a New Year’s that we will always remember and have the best memories from. Not only from the fabulous experience, but the memories with our children. You made us all feel like family and we can’t wait to spend another week with you two on Evenstar!

  Aboard Evenstar, a birthday celebration we did seek,
  with chef's cuisine, from feast to sweet treat.
  Thanksgiving delights, her skills on display,
  carrot cake magic, the star of the day!
  Captain's seamanship, steady and true,
  with e-foil spins and water toys too.
  Stops that amazed-
  Anegada's bright shore,
  Soggy Dollar's rum and views we adore.
  The weather was perfect, the skies crystal clear,
  Tubers and centaurs, our bond grew near.
  Genealogy clues, Bananagrams played,
  On Evenstar's decks, the best memories made.
  With laughter, adventure, and memories dear,
  This trip was a gift, one we'll hold near.
  So here's to the crew, to Evenstar,
  To making this week the best by far!!

  Magical

  Thank you for making my last break for a while so magical! Thank you for the rare opportunities (like water skiing and knee boarding) that even if we drove you crazy you still let us keep trying until we got it. The food was absolutely incredible along with the visual. You guys are so amazing and I will miss you both endlessly. Chef, thank you for letting me cook with you and showing me the behind the scenes in the kitchen. Captain, thank you for putting up with my stubbornness when I was attempting to waterski and then hyping me up when I went knee boarding. I would also like to thank you guys for teaching me how to sail, maneuver a boat as well as how to tie them off. I couldn’t ask for a better crew to spend my vacation with! I wish you the best and I hope to see you guys again some day!

  Above And Beyond Our Expectations

  Thank you for everything! You have made both of our trips with you above and beyond our expectations! We feel like you’re a part of our Tennessee and Florida family!
  Every experience from Willie T’s, to the bubbly pool, our favorite Anegada experiences were amazing! The food…OMG! The food, drinks, and fellowship was wonderful!
  From what we thought would be a once in a lifetime trip is now an annual event. The two of you truly have a gift of making us all feel and experience the BVI in the most fun and beautiful way with all the fun packed in as well! We love and appreciate you so much!

  Trip Of A Lifetime

  Than you for allowing us to be your first Ladies Only Boat! When you can keep eight ladies happy for five nights you are obviously special people. Every meal was better than the next time and we knew it was gonna be a fun time and we walked onto the boat to a bottle of Veuve! Not only did you never judge us but you always helped us take whatever idea we had (neon parties, Pirate night) to the next level. You made the birthday girl feel so special while also catering the trip of a lifetime for everyone on board. Thank you so much.

  Perfect Trip!

  What an amazing week this was celebrating our friend Lauren‘s birthday! I can’t thank you enough for all that you did and making this trip perfect.   How can we begin to thank you for the incredible week we’ve gotten to spend on your incredible boat?! We will cherish every memory. The fishing, the snorkeling, the hiking and all the laughs! You offered unparalleled hospitality and treated us like family.
