I began sailing at a young age as I come from a family of avid sailors. I became a Commercial Captain in 2016, immediately commencing work in the Mediterranean. For the following 5 years, I worked throughout the Mediterranean, Thailand, the Pacific, and the Caribbean working on various types of catamarans and monohulls in both charter, private, and delivery capacities up to 64 feet. For the past 3 years, I have been working in the British Virgin Islands, running busy charter catamarans. I am now happy to be the new captain of
I am a very sociable Captain and I always manage to build strong relationships with guests. I take a huge amount of pride in my boat and my crew. I have a high attention to detail and I am capable of doing anything I set my mind to.

I have been a Chef since 2007, worked in several 1-3 Michelin star restaurants for 11 years across Europe, ran a cooking school in the US Virgin Islands, and worked on Charter Catamarans since 2020. Exciting and comforting flavors alike and I am always happy to share knowledge and let our guests look over my shoulders in our beautiful and spacious galley on ENDLESS HORIZON.

I first began working in the hospitality industry on land, where I worked in several restaurants and cafes in Australia for over 8 years including working in Manager roles. I grew up on speed boats and fishing boats although Jon was the one who introduced me to sailing yachts when we met in early 2020. I have now been working in the yachting industry for the past 3 years, working on several busy charter catamarans and several long deliveries.

We were met by a smiling crew that immediately offered us cold towels and a welcome drink. The captain joined us after a few minutes and shared what the crew had organized for our time onboard. We spent the next week paddle boarding, seabobing and snorkeling. The sea life was abundant and allowed us to experience stingray, starfish, an array of different fish and the most precious turtles! The chef made each meal a delightful experience with delicious and creative desserts. The accommodations were 5 star in every way! Our bedroom/bath was spotless with soft sheets and fluffy towels. It is a perfectly laid out vessel for 8 people, we never felt crowded, yet when it was time to gather the spaces were intimate. The combination of this crew and vessel was truly an experience not to miss! We will return.
