  PRICE INCLUDES:

  • The charter rate shown includes the use of the charter yacht, professional crew, and onboard equipment
  • Water Sports gear and activities

  PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE:

  • VAT and taxes
  • WiFi €100 unlimited use
  • All other daily expenses will be covered with an Advanced Provisioning Allowance (APA).  25% to 40% of the charter fee, which can vary according to the yacht type, itinerary, and possible charter requests and requirements. The APA payment is collected with the final balance
  • APA expenses include fuel for both the yacht and tender, provisions, marina fees, moorings, airport transfers, cruising permits, canal fees, scuba diving, onshore excursions, electronic communications, and local taxes
  • Your yacht will be fully fuelled and provisioned, according to your preferences, when you step onboard. The Captain will keep all receipts, along with a running log of expenses, which can be viewed at any time during your charter
  • Any APA that has not been spent will be returned to you at the end of the charter. If expenses exceed the APA during your charter, additional funds will need to be submitted. Your captain will update and advise you if any further payment is required. This will need to be paid before you disembark
  • Crew Gratuity is separate and is typically 10%-15% of the charter rate. This should be given to your captain at the end of your charter

• Crew

  CAPTAIN THEODORE

  Captain Theo was born in 1974 in Greece on beautiful Andros Island. At a very young age, he joined the Nautical Club of Andros and started sailing with Optimists, 420s, and Lasers- soon progressing to offshore sailing yachts. Theo began his sailing career in 2005 as the first mate on the gaff-rigged schooner, S/Y AELLO. He went on to complete his RYA/ MCA Yacht Master Offshore with commercial endorsement, STCW 95 Safety, and his Greek Powerboat License.

  He is continually working to improve his knowledge and skills of sailing and the technical and mechanical aspects of yachting. Over the years, he has sailed many miles, sharing experiences with his guests and providing them with first-class service. Theo is a 100% sailor and is a wonderful entertainer. He welcomes guests as family and loves to have them experience life in Greece on the sea. When he is not on the water, he is in it – he has his Padi Open Sea diver certifications. As well, he loves spending time with his family, hiking, music, and enjoying the incredible nature found in Greece. Languages: Greek and English.

  CHEF KONSTANTINOS

  Born in 1987, Konstantinos embarked on his culinary journey in 2004. Over the years, he has honed his skills in various restaurants across Greece, including prestigious roles as chef and executive chef in Mykonos, Sifnos, Athens, and Arachova. His career has also taken him to culinary hotspots in France, Spain, Switzerland, and Indonesia, where he gained invaluable experience working in Michelin-starred establishments. For the past two years, Konstantinos has been bringing his expertise to the world of yachting. His passion for travel and diverse culinary experiences have enriched his cooking, making him an adaptable and hardworking chef. Fluent in Greek, English, and Spanish, Konstantinos is thrilled to join the team on the sailing yacht Selene, where he looks forward to elevating the dining experience on board with his innovative and travel-inspired cuisine.

  DECKHAND/STEWARD GEORGE

  George has worked for the past five years as a deckhand and skipper in different catamarans and monohulls for private and charter use. During this time, he was able to accumulate extensive sailing experience, as well as safety and hospitality expertise. He was born in 1985 and lives in the Argo Saronic Gulf on the island of Aegina. He is very responsible, and organized, and is used to working under high pressure. He is ready for new challenges and looking forward to welcoming his guests on Selene! He is flexible, adaptable, and an excellent team player. He speaks Greek and English and loves to fish, scuba diving, and travel.

  Great Experience

  Words cannot describe what a wonderful week we had cruising the Greek islands. We knew it would be beautiful and it did not disappoint, but the Crew and the food we ate made it something truly remarkable and the memories will be forever. Captain, thank you for all your knowledge of the Greek islands and navigating us to the best spots every day. You have a wonderful kindness about you and shows with your interactions and how you live your life. First mate, always a smile on your face and ready to serve at any moment. You somehow know when to appear when we need something and you have such a contagious smile. Thank you for the accommodations and making us feel at home and all my cappuccinos every morning. Chef, wow what an amazing chef every single meal was really amazing and the food was so Delicious. The best food in Greece and better than any restaurants. Thank you for giving us such a great experience.

  Such A Relaxing Vacation

  I cannot begin to thank you enough for this incredible week. It was better than I could ever imagined. You always greeted us with a smile, a drink and a pillow for our heads. Chef you fed us with incredible flavours and beautiful dishes and always with a smile on your face. Captain showed us the beautiful Greece, the most stunning coves, entertained us with stories and met every hope we had for this vacation. I have never had such a relaxing vacation with my family.

  Incredible Experience

  I can’t begin to explain how incredible this experience has been. We entered with high expectations, ready to see all the Greece had to offer, and you dramatically exceeded our hopes for the trip. We were able to see a truly authentic side of Greece through the islands we visited, the food we ate, and the time we spent with the three of you. There will be no way to communicate the magic of this experience to people back home, you have to see it with your own eyes! Thank you for your constant smiles, your spirited conversation, and for welcome us to your home, as if we were long time friends. I’ll continue to sell my parents on the Greek retirement plan, but until then, I’ll just be trying to replicate the cooking, will continue to perfect to mono-ski, and will hold tight the secrets of which bays we travelled to.   Amazing Crew

  We just disembarked and it is sad to leave. The crew were amazing. The Selene was a dream. We had the best vacation ever the team made us feel so special. The food was over the top, service left nothing to be desired. We had things in hand before we knew he wanted them, from towels to cocktails, we loved it, thank you.
