  CAPTAIN CALEB

  Caleb grew up in Canada, sailing the Great Lakes outside of Toronto all summer, every summer growing up. Caleb raced sailboats in international regattas for several years before moving on to teaching people how to sail to put himself through university.

  After several successful seasons sailing around the Pacific coast of Costa Rica, The Bahamas & The Mediterranean, Caleb underwent significant PADI Dive training in The Bay Islands, off the coast of Honduras.

  CHEF/MATE ADHIKA

  Growing up on the Jersey Shore, between green forests and sandy beaches, Adhika has always loved the outdoors and life by the water. She spent a lot of her youth going on camping, kayaking, and fishing trips with her family, and has trekked through a dozen US National Parks. Adhika also spent time traveling abroad to visit relatives in the UK, Europe, Kenya, and India, which created a lifelong desire to travel. Coming from a large, international family, Adhika is inspired by different cultures and cuisines and also knows the importance of gathering around the table for mealtime.

  This love for creating memories around food lead Adhika to pursue degrees in both Hospitality Management and Marketing. Adhika spent time as a restaurant manager in Downtown Philadelphia. She says that delivering service is “like a dance” and thrives off the energy of being around guests and getting into a flow while cooking. Having longed for a career that allowed her to be outdoors and see the world, Adhika worked full-time on an organic vegetable and flower farm, growing and harvesting. She even practiced cooking for a crowd and would create elaborate spreads for crew and friends, using produce grown on the farm. Her passion for cooking only grew stronger and her dishes became more creative once she got closer to the source of the food. Adhika refined her cooking skills at culinary school in Ashburton, UK, and also holds a Level || Award in Wines from The Wine and Spirits Education Trust.

  Adhika’s dream is to build community through travel, cooking, supporting local food systems, and being outdoors. Discovering the world of yachting and chartering sailing yachts around the Mediterranean has allowed her to create a lifestyle around her passions and share core memories with people from around the world.

  New Years Week

  We had a wonderful week in the BVI onboard the Emysa. The special care they took into making this an incredible trip for us is beyond words, but I will try. They helped us explore the BVI and celebrate anniversaries, birthdays, and New Year’s Eve!!! They knew the BVI so well and were very flexible in the planning before and during the trip. Captain sailed to great spots every day. He really enjoyed putting up the sails as we transitioned between the islands. He made it possible not only to rendezvous diving with a couple of local dive shops but also to help us do scuba diving right from the Emysa. He knows great snorkeling reefs and where to go exploring ashore. He can mix a smooth margarita, mojito, or the island's special “pain killer”. The cuisine was so delicious. Her Mediterranean flair for preparing dishes is beyond compare. Five-star dining only because there isn’t a six-star rating.
  The Emysa is a fabulous boat! We have been on a 50’ catamaran on a previous trip but the Emysa in comparison, offers so much more. There was plenty of room to spread out in the spacious salon, upper deck & forward and rear areas, where we enjoyed drinking our morning coffee, reading, taking in the view of the islands & sunsets, or getting together for drinks and appetizers. We felt very pampered in the staterooms. We also enjoyed the toys which included tubing behind the dingy, SUP, clear bottom kayak, and sea scooters.

  Thank you so much for a wonderful week! We were treated with grace and respect. There was an ever-present serenity that set such a beautiful tone. We were cared for and attended to - we felt that you truly cared about us and our happiness. ​The boat was everything we hoped for and best for last, the food!!   Over The Top

  5 out of 5 all around. We had so much fun in the water with the toys aboard the boat.
  Perfect captain providing us with the best locations for snorkeling.
  Chef put so much effort into making the meals, and were over the top delicious!
  The boat was very comfortable and clean and we enjoyed all the spots we stayed.

  Best Vacation Ever

  Hands down the best vacation ever! The boat is beautiful and had everything we could have thought of and more. Your attention to detail, thoughtfulness and cooking is out of this world.
  
  The BVIs are a magical place and this will be a week we will always remember.
  
  Thanks for helping us send Jenna off to college in style with an epic beach dinner, bonfire and party!

  This charter was the vacation of a lifetime. The vessel was perfect for a group of 4 to 6 and the Crew was beyond exceptional! Chef is incredibly talented and Captain is very competent, attentive, and devoted. We would love to take off again soon!

  Epic Trip!

  What an epic trip! I've heard people call this type of trip a once in a lifetime trip . . . but I'm hoping that's not true! Every aspect of this trip was spectactular . . .  the hospitality . . . the adventures . . .  the sailing . . . the food . . the weather . . . did I mention food?!?! Wowzer! Sarai and Bastian are THE BEST! They helped make this trip OUT OF THIS WORLD! I've been to the BVI's . . . but sailing the BVI's with this crew might have ruined future trips without them! They are now part of our family!

  Exceptional

  This vacation exceeded ALL of my expectations. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left – everything was absolutely exceptional! We were greeted, after a long day of travel, with the most beautiful, candle lit dinner on the back of the boat which was the envy of other guests at the marina. The boat is truly luxurious, a giant, light filled salon with sweeping views of the crystal blue water everywhere you look. So much space you will never feel crowded. The dining table on the back was a perfect spot for morning coffee and all of our meals. The bean bags on the front are perfect for sunset with a cocktail. Gorgeous views from the fly bridge which even has a fire pit! Beautiful linens, toiletries, every detail and water toy you could imagine are available. We really enjoyed the water scooters and clear kayak!! Our crew was incredible! Not only are they very interesting and have so much to share about the world, they are incredibly skilled in their craft. Our captain is clearly an expert sailor and boat captain. I had 1000% confidence in his abilities under any circumstances. Our chef made every meal exceptional with the most beautiful eye and palate pleasing dishes. Full of vibrant colors and the freshest ingredients. Almost too stunning to eat! They took us on the perfect itinerary. Every port more exceptional than the last. They even surprised us with dinner reservations at a restaurant which has now become one of my favorites ever! I cannot begin to say enough about this experience!   Trip Of A Lifetime

  EMYSA is fantastically equipped, we saw no reason for shore visits. The crew are top notch sailors and the cocktails and meals were over the top. We could not have asked for anything more. Each day was better than the day before with snorkeling, kayaking in the glass kayak, and playing on the scooters. We only used half the available toys. The crew made this a trip of a lifetime.
