  CAPTAIN KIERAN & FIRST MATE MICHELLE

  Kieran & Michelle (Left in photo) met back in 2012 in Mexico whilst working in the dive industry as instructors and photographers. Since then they have been on an unstoppable adventure that has taken them across the Caribbean, Americas, Europe & SE Asia. Kieran is an accomplished diver as well as a Captain. He enjoys most water sports and has a keen interest in marine life.

  They have now been in the charter industry for 8 years and are enjoying their home in the British Virgin Islands. The country is full of history and secrets that have allowed them to slowly discover more and more as their adventure continues. Both Kieran & Michelle were led to the ocean by a passion for scuba diving and adventure, it was this passion that formed the foundation for a life destined for the ocean. Being on boats has been an integral part of their lives since they were young and it was a natural progression to move on to running sailing yachts in the Caribbean.

  Michelle is an experienced sailor, holding her RYA Day Skipper, a PADI Dive Instructor, and an extremely competent Watersport Instructor whether it’s surfing, foiling wakeboarding, or free diving she’s got you covered. If that wasn’t enough she’s also professionally culinary trained and has worked as a yacht chef for 5 seasons. In addition to working on charter yachts, Kieran & Michelle’s other passions are adventure and photography. It is this combination that led to the birth of the Panga Expeditions. For the past 10 years, they have been traveling the world, capturing incredible footage from both above and below the surface, and have been featured on countless National TV Channels/Online Media Outlets including Nat Geo, Discovery, Shark Week, GoPro & Google. Whilst enjoying brief sponsorships from GoPro, Light & Motion, and other adventure sports companies to help capture incredible footage.

  STEWARDESS CARMAN

  Carmen grew up on the West Coast of Canada, near Vancouver, BC. With a love for adventure and the outdoors, she spent much of her time exploring through hiking, cycling, and camping. Having European parents, she was blessed with many travel opportunities from a young age, allowing her to explore all across Europe & North America.
  Carmen holds a degree in Biology from the University of Victoria. In November of 2023, she and her partner decided to move to Tortola. Since moving, Carmen has enjoyed the lush natural beauty of the British Virgin Islands and the myriad of sailing, surfing, and hiking opportunities.
  Although new to the charter industry, Carmen brings extensive experience in hospitality, having worked in various roles in restaurants, cafes, and in customer service. Most recently, she excelled as a host at a wellness resort on a private island, where she honed her skills in creating exceptional guest experiences.
  Carmen is thrilled to join a team embodying her core values of community, healthy living, adventure, and exploring what nature offers. She looks forward to sharing her passion for the outdoors and her commitment to outstanding.

  Incredible

  It's hard to put into work how wonderful this last week has been. From the moment we stepped onto the boat it was clear how tight your crew is. What is so amazing is how quickly you bring people into your fold. We felt like we were part of your group connected rather than watching from the outside. Those connections extend beyond one another and to nature. All of you have a kind, calm, yet energetic way that makes people around feel the same. Our family was able to try new things and enjoy the peace of our surroundings, and all with your encouragement.
  While we had many fun and exciting adventures we also enjoyed peaceful adventures. This boat and environment are amazing, but this crew makes it come alive. We are so thankful for your thoughtful guidance, support, and time,
  You all made this week so special just being who you are. We were taken care of but also really enjoyed your friendship. Thank you for sharing part of yourselves with us.

  The Greatest Trip of My Life

  This has been without a doubt the greatest trip of my life and it’s all thanks to you guys. You have been so welcoming and so much fun playing all the fun games and all of the fun adventures. Thank you for everything. I’ve had the absolute best time ever. I’ve never participated in so many things outside my comfort zone. All the activities have been so much fun learning how to ride the e- foil was incredible. Thank you so much to this crew for everything. You are all so amazing and  actually made this trip.   The Ultimate Experience

  They say that a boat is only as good as its crew – you guys made Twin Flame, the ultimate experience for all who are lucky enough to join you on the voyage. Thanks for an incredible week! Life is really about seeing the wonder in all of things around us, vast and small. Meeting new people, trying new things, being curious. We all got to try new things from learning to snorkel, neutral buoyancy (or not!), e-foiling in and so much more. Thanks for the laughs, the competitions and the camaraderie. Until next time!!

  Magical Week

  What a magical week! Our expectations were surpassed in every way. The accommodation were spectacular, the dining experience was Michelin Star, the SCUBA & snorkeling safaris - so fun. I cannot think of a single detail that was left unattended or a single suggestion for improvement. The best part of the trip for me was connecting with the four of you incredible humans. We enjoyed our conversations and appreciate how welcoming and open each of you are to meeting new people and making us feel comfortable. The birthday party you coordinated was an inimitable celebration and a birthday he will always cherish! He is grateful for your willingness to let him tinker a bit and participate in the sailing. We are grateful that our paths have crossed and I hope we will cross paths again in a sunny and sandy place. When you want to try foiling in fresh water, please ring us up and come to our Caribbean of the north in Michigan. This crew is the BEST!

  Incredible! Every detail!

  Our trip was centered around our grandkids ages 6, 8, 13 and 15 and they had the time of lives! Every detail was taken care of by the crew - they engaged the kids In activities, played games with them, prepared feasts with the kids and showed them a wonderful week in the BVI. The crew are incredibly smart, outgoing and take care of Twin Flame in unmatched skill. We can’t wait to sail with them again. The kids all cried when we left the crew and the boat - adults shed a few tears too. What a memorable time that will live on in our hearts forever, until the next time - keep your head up, Bro! 😂🥰

  Family, Fun, Love & Adventure

  Where do we start to tell you how much this week meant tour two families. Twin Flame 77 gave us the opportunity to bring it back to basics. “Family, Fun, Love and Adventure”. Everything from the first night at Willy T (for future guests “The drinks are strong and don’t be surprised at the occasional naked guy cannonball: snorkeling, hiking, cliff jumping, Moms lounging on the flybridge, surfing, foiling, wakeboarding, etc. There was something for everyone. The chef’s quiet grace and strength made everyone feel welcome and her meals were totally awesome. The captain’s sense of adventure, curiosity and a little bit of mischievousness made our trip. Thank you for the gift of fishing, friendship and wonder. You made the kids fishing adventures the best. We couldn’t imagine this trip without you. You will have a place in our hearts forever. Please come visit us.

  Magic Smiles

  The crew are a perfect complement. The captain is an exacting and energetic captain who knows and loves this boat and sailing. He surveys every detail like a hawk, and like a hawk knows his territory and where it’s special secrets lie. The chef is a person of magic smiles, five star cuisine delivered with care, and sinful cocktails as though they were innocence itself! Together they are hosts extraordinaire and have made our holiday unforgettable. Many thanks and affection.
