Hannah attended the Croatia Charter Yacht Show in October to inspect the yachts and meet the crews. We are excited to introduce this wonderful location to Epic. The show was well attended by brokers, agents and vendors and over 40 crewed yachts. Attending charter yacht shows and experiencing the yachts firsthand is a crucial part of our job so that we can place you with the perfect yacht and crew for your Epic Yacht Charter. Â
Top 3 Yachts From The Show!
I had never stepped foot on a motor sailer before and was curious to see what these types of yachts, that there are many of in Croatia, are all about and whether they would be a good yacht for charter…well the answer is a big YES! I totally fell in love with these vessels. Motor Sailers are such a great charter platform for a large group or family with most accommodating 12 guests and above.Â
Scorpios is 172ft and was landed in 2023. 12 guests can be accommodated in 6 cabins consisting of a master cabin, VIP cabin and 4 cabins that can be either a king bed or a twin bed set up – making this a perfect versatile charter yacht.Â
I loved the interior of this yacht with its soft pallet of colors and modern finishes and luxurious soft furnishings.Â
The standout for me was the vast sundeck complete with jacuzzi, bar area, BBQ, and plenty of areas to relax. This space is the place to be during the day time with large sunshades so that you can relax away from the direct heat of the sun. At night time enjoy cocktail hour here while watching the sunset and after dinner, a perfect spot for star gazing.Â
With a crew of 10 to take care of you this is a great yacht for a Croatian Epic Yacht Charter.
Amber One is a 2023 Sunreef Power Catamaran that can accommodate up to 8 guests with a crew of 4.Â
I instantly felt the luxuriousness of this wonderful yacht as soon as I stepped onboard. The main salon is bright and airy with beautiful natural colours and bold lines. Cabins are clean and bright with touches of woodwork and black tones making it feel modern yet still a cosy place to retreat to after a busy day on the water.Â
The flybridge has vast seating and lounging space for you to really enjoy 360 views of the Adriatic coastline.Â
The crew were all so welcoming and enthusiastic with a can do attitude. Captain Boris is from Croatia and has worked on many charter catamarans before being in charge of Amber One. You will be in great hands with Boris and his very capable team.Â
77 foot sailing catamaran Adriatic Dragon is more than a yacht, it is the perfect home from home for exploring Croatia. With an experienced captain along with 3 other crew members who are ready to show you the best that their country has to offer. A large master suite offers a private balcony, together with 3 other spacious cabins, makes this a great yacht for a family.  I was super impressed with the crew of this yacht. Captain Niksa has a wealth of knowledge of the islands. He was born in Dubrovnik and has been working on boats for over 30 years. Niksa presented a wonderful seminar one morning before the show opened all about sample itineraries and what Croatia has to offer. He is super knowledgeable and a really friendly person. |

To the wonderful Adriatic Dragon crew, some of the best people to guide us on an unforgettable journey. Not only was this trip a fantastic experience, with delicious food, breathtaking sights it was also those kind of trips that your remember fondly on clouder days or during cold nights. Without these amazing people, on this magnificent boat, we would not live in the sunshine, swim in the sea, drink the wild and play.
